For bookings received through Airbnb and VRBO, you can review guests directly from your Holidu account. Leaving a review helps other hosts make informed decisions and ensures guest accountability across the platform.
How to Leave a Guest Review for Airbnb & VRBO bookings
- You will receive an email reminding you to review the guest.
- Alternatively, you can review a guest by going to the bookings section in your Holidu host account.
- You have up to 7 days after checkout to leave a review.
- If a guest is not reviewed within this period, they will automatically receive a positive review.
What Can I Include in My Guest Review?
- A 1 to 5-star rating
- A written review describing your experience
- Private feedback for the guest
Editing a Review
- You have up to one hour after submitting your review to make any changes.
- Simply go back to the booking and click "Edit" to update your review.
