Reach Out to Your Account Manager
The first step is to get in touch with your account manager. They’ll walk you through the process and help with the next steps to finalize the cancellation.
Things to Keep in Mind
Before moving forward, here are a few important things to consider:
- Block Your Calendar: If your property is no longer available, make sure your calendar is blocked to prevent new bookings.
- Handle Existing Bookings: If you have confirmed reservations, it’s best to honour them. But if you need to cancel any, contact us so we can sort out the best solution together.
