How Do I Contact Guests Before Their Arrival for Airbnb and Booking.com reservations?

Here’s how to get in touch with guests who booked on Airbnb or Booking.com:

Log into your Holidu host account: Log in for hosts.
Go to the Bookings section (next to Home located in the top right-hand corner).
Select the booking and navigate to Guest Information.
Click Show More to view the guest’s phone number and any email address they may have provided.

Tips:

Send them a WhatsApp message or give them a call using the phone number provided.
If the guest has completed the arrival form, you’ll also see their email address—you can email them as well.
