Why didn't I receive my Booking.com booking confirmation?
Have you booked a property for your vacation at Holidu through Booking.com?
You should have received two emails, one confirmation email from Booking.com including your confirmation booking reference and your PIN (confidential), it should be in the email inbox you registered with Booking.com; and another email from Holidu, if your payment was confirmed, including your booking ID and your host contact details.
1. Search in your email inbox:
- Received folder.
- Spam & Junk folder.
2. Not there?:
- Log into your Booking.com account and go to “Bookings” section.
- Find your booking reference.
- Search in your email inbox with the booking reference.
If not there, go to https://www.booking.com/help and request they'll resend it to you. You can also contact us with the option below, and we will resend you our confirmation email.
