Why didn't I receive my booking confirmation for a Holidu Portal Booking?
If you haven't received your booking confirmation from the accommodation provider, don't worry! Here are a few things to consider:
- Confirmation Timing: It can take up to 1–2 workdays for the booking to be confirmed. Please allow this time to pass before taking further action.
- Check Your Emails: First, ensure that the confirmation email isn’t in your spam or junk folder. When you request a booking through Holidu, you should receive an initial confirmation email indicating that your inquiry has been forwarded to our partner.
- Partner Confirmation: You should receive a booking confirmation email from our partner within 48 hours after the initial confirmation. If you haven’t received this, please contact the partner directly.
- Need Further Assistance? If 48 hours have passed, and you still haven't received your confirmation, contact us via our online contact form below. We will verify if your booking was submitted correctly and check the email address used.
By following these steps and reaching out to us or the partner, you should be able to resolve any issues with your booking confirmation.
