When Is the Second Payment Due?
- If your booking requires a second payment, the due date is displayed in your confirmation email and in your Holidu account under "My Bookings."
- Holidu sends reminders before the payment is due to ensure sufficient balance is available.
Important Note: Some platforms use a buffer period, meaning the charge may be processed a few days before the cancellation policy changes to prevent failed payments.
What If My Payment Fails?
- If the second payment fails, you will receive a notification to update your payment method.
- If the payment is not completed by the deadline, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
What to do: If you experience payment issues, check your confirmation email or contact Holidu customer support.
