Can I change my payment method on Booking.com?
The ability to change your payment method depends on the option you selected when booking:
- If you chose "Pay Now": Your payment is fully managed by Booking.com, and we (Holidu) do not have access to your payment details. To update your payment method, we kindly recommend reaching out to Booking.com’s customer service via chat or phone call.
- If you selected "Pay On": Holidu is responsible for processing your payment. Should your payment fail, you’ll have the opportunity to update your payment method. We’ll send you a secure payment link via email, making it easy to enter a new payment method and complete your transaction. If the original payment goes through successfully, the payment method cannot be changed.
