If you’ve already booked a property, you should have received an email with all the details about your provider. The provider is the person who manages the property and will be there to welcome you when you arrive. They’ll also provide you with everything you need to prepare for your stay. You can find their contact details in your Holidu booking confirmation email, and in your Holidu account, if you have one created and added your booking.
