Where Can I Find My Check-in Instructions?

You can find your check-in details, including the exact address and key collection instructions, in your booking confirmation sent by Holidu. Here’s how to easily access your check-in details:

Check Your Booking Confirmation Email

After booking, Holidu sends an email containing your check-in information. If you don’t see it right away, be sure to check your spam folder just in case!

Use the Holidu App or Website

Open the Holidu app or go to Holidu.
Log into your account and go to the "Bookings" section.
Select your reservation to see all your check-in details, including the address and key collection instructions.

Contact the Host

If you haven’t received check-in details as your arrival date gets closer, you can always contact the host directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
