How Can I Cancel My Holidu Booking?
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel your booking, follow the steps below to proceed with the cancellation.
If you have an account :
- Sign in to your Holidu Account.
- Select the trip you want to cancel in the top right corner .
- Review the property's cancellation policy to make sure you agree before cancelling.
- Select Cancel booking.
After your cancellation, if you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed according to the property’s policy. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used.
If you don’t have a Holidu account yet, please follow these steps:
- Find the Holidu booking confirmation in your emails
- Click on the link “Booking details”. This will take you to your booking page.
- Under “Cancellation” click on “Cancel this booking” and follow the instructions.
