How Can I Cancel My Booking.com reservation?

If your plans have changed, and you need to cancel your booking, follow the steps below to proceed with the cancellation.

Access to your Booking.com account.
Access the ‘Bookings and trips’ section in the top right corner .
Select the reservation you want to cancel.
Review the property's cancellation policy to make sure you agree before cancelling.
Scroll down and then click the “Cancel” button.

After your cancellation, if you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed according to the property’s policy. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used.
