How Can I Cancel My Airbnb Booking?

If your plans have changed, and you need to cancel your booking, follow the steps below to proceed with the cancellation.

1. Access to your Airbnb account.
2. Click Trips in the top right corner and select the reservation you want to cancel.
3. Under Reservation details, scroll down and click Cancel reservation.
4. Review the property's cancellation policy to make sure you agree before cancelling.
5. Choose a reason for the cancellation.
6. Click Cancel reservation.

After your cancellation, if you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed according to the property’s policy. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used.
