If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
- Account Creation: First, please ensure that you have created a Holidu account, as it is not automatically generated when you make a reservation. You need to set up your account proactively.
- Check for Typos: Verify that there are no typos in your email address or password when you attempt to log in. Even small mistakes can prevent access. Blank spaces, including those at the end of the email address, can also affect login.
- Forgot Password: If you don't remember your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password and regain access to your account.
- Reservations: Once your account is set up, you can add existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.
