How do I change my password?
To change your password, you can use the Holidu app or visit the Holidu website and select the “Forgot Password?” option.
You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account or your username. After submitting this information, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
It's important to note that a Holidu Account is not automatically created when you make a reservation; each guest must proactively create their account. Once your account is set up, you can add existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.
