This ship was known for the mischievousness that went on aboard. The ship sunk during a storm in 1937 and the boat drifted to the shores of Coronado. As illegal activities were happening onboard, no one ever claimed the ship. During the low tide, you will be able to see the top of the ship come out of the water, making it a rare and exciting sighting.

It may be possible that after spending so much time on the beach, you might want to spend some time by the grass. Located in the center of the peninsula you can find Spreckles Park. This park is the perfect location for family-friendly activities as it is equipped with playgrounds and picnic areas.
