2. Hidden Gem Canggu: The Lawn

This place is by far one of the best beach clubs in the Canggu area. The new hangout spot has a “picnic concept” with an expansive green, grassy field where you can relax on rattan carpets, bean bags, picnic blankets or in a hammock. We would recommend coming here during the late afternoon to prepare for an epic sunset with some drinks and snacks. The best part is that The Lawn offers a happy hour on Fridays! Two drinks for the price of one!

5. Hidden Gem Canggu: Motion Cafe

This is the place to go for fitness addicts and those who love to eat smart and sustainable. Motion Café is located on the main street of Canggu that leads directly to the beach. The lovely café space is open – half inside, half outside. The menu is to die for and includes an extensive range of organic food options with super healthy ingredients. All drinks, desserts and snacks are homemade and most of them are gluten-free or vegan. Motion Cafe also supports local farmers and takes sustainability seriously. That’s why they use glass straws, have their own reusable napkins and glasses made of recycled bottles. Our absolutely favorite dish is the sweet potato waffle with peanut butter, banana, and almonds. So wake up early, visit a yoga class or catch a good wave and stop by Motion afterwards for some well-deserved nourishment.
