The house is located 2 tenth of a mile from the boat ramp. You can be on the lake in a minute. We a have a covered storage for your boat with electricity. Big yard with a fire pit. Large corner lot with plenty of room for yard games. Lots of mature Pecan trees that provide ample shade.
