Come to Punta Gorda to enjoy some relaxing time in our cute comfy home. The community is quiet , friendly and well maintained. Community heated pool with chairs and umbrellas . Shuffleboard, horseshoes and bocci courts. Five minutes to downtown Punta Gorda and several beaches within an hours drive. There is a thirty day minimum rental , but that will seem too short once you have arrived.

Great little place right on the Peace river with beautiful river views from the kitchen and yard. We have 2 nice bedrooms a full kitchen and a nice common area. There is a boat launch and boat dock for you. Just bring your boat. There is a very nice fishing pier with a cleaning station. Also I have fishing pole and beach chairs and toy that your welcome to use during your stay. Also a golf cart your welcome to use to ride around the park. As long as you don't leave the park. It's illegal on main roads.
