Location: Crans-Montana. Quiet location with marvellous views of the imposing four-thousand-metre peaks of the Valais. Beautiful hiking trails, for example along the Suonen, run in the immediate vicinity of the house (approx. 100 m). Gondola with summer operation only 150 m. Crans-Montana funicular railway station 1 km. Centre of Montana approx. 2 km. Bus to Crans, Sierre only 100 m.
House: beautiful chalet with swimming pool and sauna in the outbuilding. 2 holiday flats with separate entrances, which can be rented individually or together. Rustic, cosy chalet atmosphere with wood panelling in many rooms. Older, but very well-kept furnishings. Internet access via W-Lan. Central heating. Non-smoking house. Balcony or terrace (seating furniture). Underground car park with 1 parking space per apartment (max. height 1.95 m), further outdoor spaces subject to availability. In the neighbouring house: large swimming pool (10 x 4.50 m, 24°C, can be used free of charge) with loungers in front of large panoramic windows, sauna (fee), showers, WC. Washing machine. Notes: Swimming pool only open from mid-July to the end of August. Shared use with two other apartments in the neighbouring chalet. Low sound insulation between the upper and lower flat.
