The property is laid out on two floors.


On the ground floor, you will have at your disposal a large living area, with comfortable sofas, a dining table and a perfectly equipped open kitchen. The ground floor also welcomes two of the four bedrooms, one with a 150cm double bed and the other with a single bed.


The other two bedrooms with double beds are located on the upper floor. Lastly, both floors are equipped with a bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area doesn't lag behind, as it features a covered space for dining "al fresco", to enjoy tasty delicacies outdoors, a barbecue, porch, an outdoor toilet with shower. You will soon discover that the outdoor area has everything you need to enjoy the warm Andalusian sun and spend time, as you prefer. Of course, the icing on the cake is the spacious private pool, with a lawned area and sun loungers to relax.

Access to the house is via a 300-meter dirt track.
