Meticulously maintained, 2 BR/ 2 BA condo at Romar Village in the heart of directly Orange Beach, near shopping, entertainment, & restaurants. Beach access is 700 yards (0.4 mi) to the west. Completely renovated with a coastal-contemporary décor. You’ll love our place because of the location, cleanliness, & comfort. This low-density complex has a nice pool. Comfortably sleeps 6 (queen and twin in master, full in BR #2, & sleeper sofa). Fully equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, & Wi-Fi.
The Space:
New sectional and sofa sleeper as of January 2024.
Clean, comfortable, and a beautiful coastal-contemporary décor. Unit 322 features tile floors throughout, shiplap walls, stack washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, and a community pool. The living area includes a couch, which converts to a sleeper-sofa, recliner, 55’ HDTV, and balcony access. The dining area includes seating for 6 at the table plus 3 at the kitchen counter. The well-equipped kitchen includes all of the appliances, flatware, and cooking utensils that you will need to prepare meals. It also features a Keurig coffee pot, normal coffee pot, blender, toaster, and microwave. The master bedroom features a queen bed, twin bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. Our condo can sleep up to 7 in beds. There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the unit and there is no elevator. This condo is across the street from the beach, with the nearest beach access Romar Beach public beach which is about 0.4 miles to the west. You will have to navigate stairs as this unit is located on the third level.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire 2 BR, 2 BA condo.
The Neighborhood:
One mile to grocery store (Rouse’s), drug stores (CVS & Rite Aid), & restaurants. Close to ABC store (adult beverage store), shopping, dining, entertainment, go-carts, mini-golf, arcade, nightlife, bait & tackle stores, and of course, the BEACH! Waffle House and Dollar General are within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
There is Ring doorbell located by the front door which is actively monitored for security.
Beach access is 700 yards (0.4 mi) to the west at Romar Beach public beach.
There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the unit and there is no elevator.
This unit is on the third level. There is no elevator so you must be able to navigate stairs.
One parking pass comes with the reservation. If you need another parking pass, it will be $25 extra due on or before arrival.
