In the heart of the 1st arrondissement, this cozy 18 m² accommodation has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Marseille.
Accommodating up to 4 people, it's ideal for a couple.

## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a relaxation area with sofa bed.
You'll appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Tassimo coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that the bed is on the mezzanine. We have 1m10 of ceiling height at the top.
The studio's location is prime. We don't need a car!
All transport links are nearby (between 3 subway stations and a streetcar stop at the foot of the building).
The neighborhood is surrounded by numerous restaurants, services, galleries and shops.
You'll find a Monoprix supermarket just across the street for your everyday needs.
Also close to the train station, access to the sea is easy.

- Rue Saint-Ferréol 2 minutes' walk away (where there's a gym);
- Marseille's Canebière, 3 minutes away;
- the Old Port and its boats 5 minutes away;

It is home to many historic buildings, including the Mission de France church, Saint-Théodore church, the Maison du Figaro and the Hôtel Pesciolini. The Jardin des Vestiges, discovered in the 20th century, is home to the remains of Marseille's ancient port, and a quiet, pleasant place to stroll.
The atmosphere is warm and lively! Here you'll find many of the restaurants typical of the Old Port, as well as shopping streets such as Rue de la République and Rue du Paradis. The district's extensive public transport network makes all parts of the city easily accessible.
