The other many monuments of the city can be reached with a pleasant walk near the river Adige.

Castelvecchio, for example, is the most impressive monument in the city or the Roman Theatre of Verona, where even today theatrical performances take place during the summer season, are both located a few tens of minutes walk from the Arena.
