All flats have 2 bedrooms, a cosy living room and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a modern bathroom with shower/WC. Depending on the flat, you can enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace or the spacious balcony.
When you sit on the balcony or terrace in front of one of the chalets in Oberlaiming in the evening, you won't hear a thing at first. As the sun's rays disappear behind the mountain peaks, chirping birds bid farewell to the day or cowbells ring from the mountain meadow.
Whoever comes here on holiday has already come a good deal closer to heaven on earth. And that's not just because this holiday home is situated at almost 900 m above sea level.
Our four holiday homes, built entirely from our own wood, are located in the Kitzbühel Alps above the small, idyllic village of Itter and offer space for a relaxing holiday in 14 holiday flats. The timber construction creates a pleasant indoor climate using natural materials sourced directly from the region. We have packed in all the modern technology that is standard today.
We are already unfolding the deckchair for you and heating up the sauna (the sauna will be available from December 2023).
At our reception you will be welcomed with Tyrolean hospitality and we will be happy to show you all the amenities of our chalets - from the ski room to the washing machine and from the lounge to your very own personal flat.
There are two flats on the first floor in the "Hohe Salve" house (House 1).
In the other three wooden buildings "Alpenrose" (House 2), "Schafsiedl" (House 3) and "Wilder Kaiser" (House 4) there are four flats each. All equipped with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with living room and bathroom with shower/WC.
In order to make you feel at home, Brigitte and her team will be happy to help you. We will be happy to show you which hiking and cycling routes you can use directly from your chalet. You will also receive the Hohe Salve guest card with numerous discounts before or on arrival. And if you still have any questions, let us know right away.
