Our studio is located on the first floor with lift, the flat consists of a living room with a double bed (140x200), a kitchenette and a desk / dining table. There is also a bathroom with bath and WC, as well as two large sliding wardrobes.

A 6-minute walk away is the "Chartrons" tramway stop and the Bordeaux quays. Close to all amenities.

HEATING during the winter period (from the beginning of October to the end of April) and only for stays of more than 14 nights you will have to pay a fixed price of 65€ .
