Ideal for visiting Florence's most beautiful tourist sites by moving around on foot.
The space
Located on the 1st floor with no elevator but there are only 2 short flights of stairs.
- Fully equipped KITCHEN: snack table with chairs, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, pots, dishes, wine glasses.
- LIVING AREA separated from the kitchen by a corridor equipped with dining table chairs and TV.
- BEDROOM with double bed 160x190 equipped with new orthopedic mattress.
Closet with hangers and shelves, iron and drying rack.
- BATHROOM with shower, toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer.
- Storage room for suitcases.
Air conditioning and heat pump heating.
Double windows ensure that there is no noise from outside. In addition, the apartment overlooks a small inner courtyard and not the main street therefore it is very quiet.
