To the south stretches the legendary Punta Licosa, to the north the famous Castellabate rises proudly into the sky. The dazzling blue sea of the local coastline is close enough to touch. It is only about 150 metres to an idyllic sandy bay. The pretty piazzetta of San Marco is just a few steps away. However, the central location should not be the only advantage of Villa Milly.

The owners, who set the first tourist impulse in San Marco in the early post-war years, have put all their experience into the design of the house and created Villa Milly as a comfortable retreat for couples, families and friends, a place where simply every kind of holiday is possible.

The large, well-tended garden surrounding the house provides a special feel-good factor. Here you will find a cosy spot under tall pine and olive trees and also access to the lane that leads directly to the beach of San Marco di Castellabate. Further away on the property, hidden behind trees and a small wall, is the home of the warm, courteous owners.

YOUR HOLIDAY VILLA MILLY
On a living area of approx. 80 m², Villa Milly has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette. In the double bedroom and in the hallway of the house, you can store your belongings in the specially made wall cupboards.

Some pieces of furniture, such as the solid real wood dining table and the decorative double bed, come from the old family estate and give the interior a very unique, personal touch. The owner's close connection to the sea and the traditions of the fishing village of San Marco is evident in the smaller details of the interior design.

The holiday home is flanked by two furnished terraces, one of which can be accessed via the two adjoining bedrooms. In the morning, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and admire Castellabate towering over the coast. The larger terrace can be reached via the bright and airy living area with fireplace. Both inside and outside, you will find space for cosy dinners, relaxing and lingering.

FURTHER INFORMATION & TIPS
For those who like to spend their holidays without a car, Villa Milly is the perfect holiday home. Shops, alimentari, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance (approx. 200 metres). The captivatingly beautiful beaches of San Marco are also in the immediate vicinity. For a morning "tuffo", for example, i.e. a dip in the water, you only have to walk about 150 metres.

The route to the extensive Pozzillo sandy beach is truly idyllic, as a beautifully landscaped path leads there, starting not far from Villa Milly. Between pine trees, cacti and the gently lapping sea, you can enjoy the nature of the Cilento with all your senses.

OUR TIP: Book a table at Ristorante SU! High above the piazzetta, you can enjoy a unique view over the rooftops of San Marco di Castellabate and the seemingly endless sea from June to September. As the restaurant only opens in the evening, you also have a box seat for the perfect sunset.
Head chef Gianfranco conjures up light, simple dishes of Cilento cuisine in front of you. Homemade pasta is served with fresh fish or meat from the grill. Combined with exquisite olive oil, sun-ripened tomatoes and fresh lemons, his recipes are a true poem.

HOLIDAY HOME VILLA MILLY
The approx. 80 m² of Villa Milly include a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet; shower/WC) and a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and well-equipped kitchen unit (incl. fridge with freezer compartment, 4-bathroom). refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner gas stove, oven).
Fitted wardrobes in the double bedroom and in the hallway provide for enough storage room for what you have brought along.
Villa Milly also features SAT-TV, WiFi, safe, washing machine and air conditioning (extra charge). A children's bed can be provided upon request.

If you prefer 'car-free' holidays, Villa Milly might be the right accommodation for you. Stores, alimentari, restaurants and bars are a very short walk (approx. 200 m) off. San Marco's strikingly beautiful bathing beaches are also nearby. If you are in the mood for a morning "tuffo", a dive into the sea, you only need walk about 150 m to do so.

You might also take an idyllic walk to sandy Pozzillo beach along a beautifully laid-out path which starts near the holiday home. Between pine trees, cactuses and the gentle sounds of the sea, Cilento nature comes as a delight for all your senses.

The restaurant high above the piazzetta is open from June through September and offers a unique view across the rooftops of San Marco di Castellabate and the seemingly endless sea. As the restaurant does not open until the evening, it is also a prime seat for enjoying a perfect sunset.
