Mezzanine with sofa, games area (table football, Arcade terminal, TV), 1 small baby bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 160x200 bunk beds, bathroom with shower, 1 toilet.
Each room has its own television.

- Outside :
A pretty garden of 800 m², a terrace of 70 m² enclosed and private.
A room with washer-dryer, with space to store your bikes or other equipment.

- Parking of your vehicles in private courtyard (100 m²)
