Next to the dairy farm in operation, this12-person flat with its own driveway stands on the edge of the forest and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The holiday home is close to the village centre with a miniature golf park with trampolines, a restaurant and several shops at walking distance. The surroundings of the holiday home are beautiful. Visit for example Huis Doorn, national tree museum, the Kaapse Bossen or of course the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. Go canoeing along beautiful routes with country estates and castles in Langbroek or cycle one of the well-known MTB routes or cycle junctions.

Layout
The living room has a lovely sitting area with a corner sofa, television, internet and central heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large oven, gas cooker, microwave, filter coffee machine and cooker. There are two refrigerators in the house, one of which has a freezer compartment. There is also a large dining table and bar table. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, three separate toilets, a urinal and two bathrooms. One bathroom has two shower cubicles, both with a hand shower and a ceiling shower, a washbasin and a mirror. The other bathroom has one shower room with hand shower, ceiling shower and a basin with mirror. The upper floor has four bedrooms, each with a double bed; a single folding bed can be added in two rooms. There is also a toilet on this floor. Outside there is a lovely terrace equipped with a large picnic table, terrace bench, chairs, parasol, hot tub and barbecue. There is also a covered bicycle shed and parking for at least seven cars at the house.

Particularities
The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 24 years.

There is a charging point for electric cars at the property. You can charge your electric car with the most common charging passes.
There is a surcharge for use of the hot tub. Interim cleaning is for a fee.
Use of the hot tub cannot be guaranteed in case of night frost, if this is the case the supplement will be charged.
Wood for the barbecue can be obtained from the owner for a fee.
Conviviality is part of holiday accommodation, but group parties or similar are not allowed. Please be considerate of the surroundings.
From May 2025, the bedrooms will have air conditioning.

Surroundings
Doorn is located next to the National Park De Utrechtse Heuvelrug which features a variety of landscapes and animals. The forests and estates are ideal for hikers, also for cyclists there are numerous beautiful routes. For example, take the castle route that leads you through the woods from castle to castle or bike to the cozy day recreation area Henschotermeer. Also be sure to visit the picturesque fortified town of Wijk bij Duurstede. The Aviation Museum in Soesterberg and Utrecht's Dom Tower are also definitely worth a visit. You can go shopping in the nearby towns of Veenendaal, Amersfoort or Zeist, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal. So plenty to do for a nice stay!
