Location: Gaschurn. Quiet, yet central location near the cable car (400 m). In good snow conditions ski run to the house (400 m). Village centre 300 m. Ski bus 100 m.
House: Characteristic Montafon holiday home with 3 nicely furnished flats, 3 double rooms, a large communal lounge and sauna. In total there is an 11-room house with 220 square metres of living space over 3 floors for single occupancy. Rustic-modern atmosphere. Central heating. Ski room with boot dryer. Car park at the house.
Basement: 2 bright double rooms with normal windows. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC. Sauna with shower. Ski room with boot and clothes dryer.
Higher ground floor: Hallway. Large, cosy lounge with dining tables, corner benches, satellite TV.
