Location: St Leonhard, Zaunhof district. Good location in the Pitztal between the ski areas Hochzeiger (11.4 km) and Rifflsee/Pitztal Glacier (19 km). Ski bus stop 500 m.
House: 9-room holiday house with approx. 300 m² living space over 3 floors. 2 day rooms. Wood-panelled bedrooms with Wb on the ground floor and 1st floor. Note: only 2- and 3-bed rooms for occupancy of 18 persons. Heating via oil stove. Ski/boot room. 6 parking spaces at the house.
Parterre: Large lounge with dining tables, satellite TV, panoramic windows. Second cosy wood-panelled lounge. Group kitchen with 4 ring electric hob, oven, additional wood cooker. Store room with 2 80-litre freezers. 4-bedded room with double bed, bunk bed, wc. Shower room with 2 single showers. Separate shower. Separate WC.
1st floor: 2-bed room with bunk bed, wc. 5-bed room with single bed, 2 bunk beds, wc. Two 6-bed rooms with bunk beds, Wb. Separate WC. Large terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
2nd floor (slightly sloping ceilings): 5-bed room with mattress dormitory. 6-bed room with dormitory. Washroom with 3 washbasins. Separate WC.
