Location: Saas Grund. Quiet location with beautiful views of the Saas Valley mountains. Centre 300 m. Gondola station 700 m. Ski bus 150 m.
House: Well-kept group house of 480 square metres in typical regional style with 13 rooms. 12 bedrooms, mainly double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. With an occupancy of 24 persons only 2 persons per room. Internet access via W-Lan. Oil central heating. Ski room. Separate flat of the landlord on the top floor. The owners emphasise peace and consideration. Youth groups (stag parties) are not accepted.
Parterre: Large, cosy, rustic day room (approx. 80 m²) with pellet stove, table football, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD, dining tables, bar. Well-equipped group kitchen with dishwasher, freezer. Store room. Double room. 3-bed room with single beds. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC. Notes: The bathroom and the rooms on the ground floor are barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair users. Access to the house only possible for cars and minibuses.
1st floor: 6 double rooms. Two 3-bed rooms with single beds. Two showers. Two separate WCs.
2nd floor: Two 3-bed rooms with double bed, single bed. Separate shower. Separate WC.
