Enjoy a well-deserved vacation in this cozy apartment for 4 people in the heart of Cala Rajada. It features impressive sea views and access to the community pool.
When you return from the beach, the wonderful communal pool facing the sea is perfect for continuing to cool off. It is chlorinated, measures 12 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.20 to 2.80 meters. On the terrace of the apartment you can continue reveling in with the views while enjoying your family meals.
Interior
The flat is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and offers a cozy style with all the necessary elements of comfort for your stay. The living dining room is equipped with AC and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. To rest you will find 2 bedrooms with AC, the first one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. The bathroom of the flat has 1 shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair. The property is prepared for all the months of the year.
Surroundings
The apartment is located in a perfect area to enjoy your holidays, with all the necessary services such as shops, bars and restaurants at hand, the bus stop just 600 meters away and a small cove a few meters away. There are other nearby beaches where you can continue enjoying the sea such as Cala Moll or Cala s'Àguila. The nearest golf course is 7 km away.
Conditions
Important information
-We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
-Pets are not allowed.
-The holding of events is forbidden.
-Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
-The swimming pool is open from June to September. It is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00h and on Sundays from 9:00 to 20:00h.
-Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is until 10:00.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
