The lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the car-free "Ferienpark Lauterdörfle" complex in the Swabian Alb biosphere area and is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

In the cosy living room with fireplace, you can spend relaxing hours on the couch with armchair. The open, well-equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to plan the day's activities over a hearty breakfast or to chat over a cold drink in the evening and pass the time with a nice games evening.

The house is located on the edge of the holiday park with a view of nature and is the ideal place for relaxing days. Outside, your children can play on the spacious grounds while you relax in the sun on the covered terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers and round off the day. There are two car parking spaces available. Luggage can be transported from the car park to the house in a handcart.

The holiday park has two large playgrounds, mini golf course, outdoor chess, football pitch, playhouse with table football & table tennis tables and tennis court, so there's never a dull moment. You can prepare delicious meals on the communal barbecue areas. One of the barbecue areas is located in the immediate vicinity.

The Swabian Alb region is ideal for hiking and cycling in the countryside as well as boating on the Lauter or Danube. Visit the Friedrichshöhle/Wimsener Höhle cave, the biosphere reserve in Münsingen, the cave worlds in Sonnenbühl or the Laufenmühle/Wolfstal mill in Lauterach. The Marbach main and state stud farm in Gomadingen is also recommended for an excursion. Also interesting are Traumland Sonnenbühl, Lichtenstein Castle with its climbing park and Hohenzollern Castle. You might also like to pay a visit to Ravensburger Spieleland or Legoland Günzburg.

A washing machine and firewood are available for a fee. The key safe is located next to the terrace door.
