Location: Veysonnaz. Good location in a new chalet development above the village. Marvellous view of the Rhône valley. Swimming pool with steam/sauna, whirlpool 800 m. Village centre with shops, restaurants 700 m. Various hiking possibilities start nearby.
House: Very beautiful, spacious luxury chalet with whirlpool. 5-room house with 200 square metres of living space over three floors. High-quality, tasteful furnishings. The centre of the house is the light-flooded, large living room with panoramic windows all around. Internet access via W-Lan. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Electric heating. Hot water via 600 litre electric boiler. Large, partially covered balcony (seating, barbecue). Outdoor whirlpool with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
Basement: Garage as large storage and hobby room with table tennis table (no car parking space).
Parterre: Double bedroom with bathroom (bath/shower, 2 toilets, WC). Two double rooms. 4-bed room with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom: shower, 2 toilets, WC.
1st floor: large living room (85 m²!) with very beautiful panoramic window front, cosy sofa suite by the fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, stereo system for i-Pod, dining table, modern fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Separate WC. Balcony with seating, barbecue, whirlpool.
2nd floor (slightly sloping ceilings): Gallery, open to living room with double bed. Beautiful bathroom: bath/shower, toilet, WC.

Additional costs: final cleaning € 213 (charged when booking). Visitor's tax. Bed linen, towels provided by the landlord 20 SFr/pers. additional services: Free internet access via W-Lan. The tourist tax, the whirlpool on request and the obligatory bed linen and towels are to be paid in advance to the owner's account.
