Place: Nendaz. Wonderfully quiet location in the idyllic hamlet of Planchouet, surrounded by hiking trails. Restaurant with bread roll service 100 m. Nendaz with shops, outdoor swimming pool 6 km.
House: Very beautiful, comfortable chalet with open-hearth fireplace. 6-room house with 150 m² living space over 3 floors. Cosy, homely furnishings, wood panelling in almost all rooms. Free internet access via W-Lan. Electric heating. Hot water via 300 litre electric boiler. Beautiful terrace with seating furniture, barbecue fireplace. Small garden by the neighbouring stream.
Parterre: double bedroom with French bed, wc, bathroom (shower). Wb, bathroom (shower, WC). Store room.
1st floor: Very beautiful, rustic-cosy living room with wood-burning stove, satellite TV, telephone, seating area, large dining table, well-equipped fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher), balcony. Double room with French. Bed. Separate WC.
Attic: Three double rooms, two with balcony. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC.

Additional costs: wood included. Final cleaning 120 SFr. You can contact the owner if you would like to do the cleaning yourself. Tourist tax is paid on site.
