Washing machine, tumble dryer. Electric heating. Hot water via 200 litre electric boiler. Sun terrace with rustic table, benches. Balcony. Separate studio on the lower ground floor. 2 car parking spaces at the house.
Parterre: Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, balcony. Double bedroom with French. Bed. 2-bed room with bunk bed. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC.
