Location: St Gallenkirch. Quiet, yet central location. Centre of St Gallenkirch 300 m. Aquarena leisure pool 1.4 km. The Montafon cycle path from Partenen to Bludenz leads directly past the house. The chairlift to the Silvretta Montafon hiking area is 1.3 km away by car, 600 m on foot. St Gallenkirch gondola lift 1.2 km.
House: Typical Montafon holiday home, lovingly renovated by the landlord. 7 1/2-room house with 170 square metres of living space over 3 floors. 2 rustic day rooms. Cosy atmosphere with wood panelling. Electric heating. Washing machine. 4 parking spaces at the house. Please note: the maximum occupancy of 10 people must not be exceeded.
Parterre: Montafon parlour with dining table, corner bench, seating set, satellite TV. Large, bright kitchen with large dining table, modern kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Double bedroom. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC. Beautiful sun terrace.
1st floor: hallway with small play corner. Double bedroom. Two 3-bed rooms with double bed, single bed, Wb. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC.
2nd floor: cosy living room with couch, satellite TV, reading corner. 3-bed room with double bed, single bed, Wb, balcony.
