This summer house, which is characterised by its special design, not only offers comfortable furnishings with sauna, whirlpool for 2 people, outdoor shower and the usual household helpers, but also a first-class view of the sea and the surrounding beautiful nature. On the 280 m², there are a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and the living room on the upper floor with kitchen, dining area and fireplace. One bedroom and a bathroom are also located on the first floor, which can be reached via an open staircase from the basement. The house is therefore only partially suitable for families with small children and people with walking difficulties.

Three bedrooms and a bathroom, which houses the sauna and whirlpool, are located on the ground floor of the holiday home. The size of the double beds is 160 x 200 cm. Both bathrooms in the house have underfloor heating. All bedrooms have access to a terrace and, on the upper floor, to a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view.
