The holiday home with covered seating area is located in the 4-village Isamar.

The well-kept and family-friendly holiday village is located directly by the sea in Isolaverde.

Thanks to its perfect geographical location, Isamar offers exciting activities for young and old.

It borders directly on the sea with a beautiful sandy beach and is just a few minutes' drive from Chioggia (also known as Little Venice).

Several pools, playgrounds, restaurants, entertainment/miniclub, many sports facilities, the gently sloping beach and the wide range of restaurants make the holiday village an ideal holiday destination.

Wifi is available in the holiday complex.

The Giove XXL mobile home has modern furnishings and is suitable for up to 8 people.

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and two rooms, each with two single beds.

The living area offers two additional sleeping places on the sofa bed.

Also in the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you need for a successful holiday, including a cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment.

The mobile home has two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin, one of which also has a bidet.

A SAT-TV is available.

The covered terrace with table and chairs invites you to linger in comfort while the children have fun by the pool or in the playground.

Barbecues are permitted.

The journey time from the Italian border is approx. 3 hours.

Since 201'5 swimming caps are no longer compulsory.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The Isamar holiday village is located directly on a 50,000m2 private beach.

The beautiful sandy beach has both a section with sunbeds and parasols available for hire and a large free section.

There are many water sports options available to guests: Windsurfing, sailing, canoeing; private and group sports courses are organised by trained staff.

There are also 2 beach volleyball courts and a fitness zone for aerobics and dance classes.

This makes the beach the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or take part in one of the many sports activities.

A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshing range of drinks.

On the beach, paved walkways guarantee access to the shoreline, the sunshades and the beach bar with pushchairs and for the disabled.

Lifeguards are on hand all day to ensure your safety.

POOL The Isamar is a paradise for pool lovers! Just a few metres from the beach, you will find the huge Isamar pool complex.

It offers lots of fun for young and old.

Guests can choose between 6 water slides, an Olympic swimming pool, a swimming pool with a counter-current system, a paddling pool with a slide and water games for the little ones and, from 201'8, a new lagoon pool with a rubberised bottom and water games.

A whirlpool provides relaxation.

Those who prefer a quieter time in the pool will find a relaxation pool for adults and children in front of the restaurant.

Another highlight are the daily swimming lessons and aqua aerobics classes for guests.

Private lessons can also be organised.

Lifeguards ensure the safety of guests in all pools during opening hours.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The children are the real protagonists in the Isamar world.

Nothing is more important there than the enjoyment of our younger guests.

Safety is of course the top priority, even in the mini club for children aged 4 and over, where multilingual specialised staff look after the little guests in the mornings and afternoons.

Everything a child's heart desires is available: inflatable bouncy castles, a large children's playground with skating rink, table tennis, the Dolphin Club's craft room and the play hall.

The fun continues with the children's disco, the baby show, sports courses for children and much, much more.

The entertainment is the pulse of the Isamar.

A team of entertainment professionals invites young and old to take part in sports and games.

If you want to do something for your fitness during your holiday, you can simply follow the daily entertainment programme under professional guidance: Aerobics, water gymnastics, swimming lessons, tennis, archery, step and much more can be found at the fitness pavilion.

In the afternoon, football and beach volleyball tournaments take place and in the late afternoon, Latin dance classes are held on the beach.

And in the evening, when it's "lights out - spotlight on", all the entertainers become show stars and present musicals, dance shows, cabaret and a varied international entertainment programme in the theatre tent.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball, inline skating and archery.

In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with stretching, water gymnastics, step aerobics, Latin dance classes and yoga.

Windsurfing, sailing boats and canoes can be hired on the beach.

Group swimming and tennis lessons are organised daily, and private lessons are also available on request.

At the sports pool is the diving centre, which offers beginner courses as well as courses for open water diving and PADI certification.

The riding centre is just a few minutes outside the resort and offers riding lessons for adults and children, therapeutic riding and rides along the banks of the lagoon.

The "Isamar Wellness Centre" offers a variety of treatments: Massages (anti-stress, shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, Californian massage) and many different body and facial treatments (all by appointment).

The wellness centre offers a wide range of individual treatments for body care and beauty.

The fitness centre is open daily.

A personal trainer is available on request to guide you through a proper workout.

SHOPPING The holiday village has a variety of shops: a supermarket with a bakery, a fishmonger from the famous fish market in Chioggia, a bazaar with newspapers, books, beach items, clothing and toys, the Annamaria Pontarin boutique, the jewellery shop and the Tuscan wine and delicatessen shop.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board service at favourable conditions.

You are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).

At Isamar you will find a wide selection of restaurants where you can enjoy regional and international cuisine specialities.

Italian cuisine is famous all over the world and the restaurants leave nothing to be desired with their wide selection of fresh dishes.

Il Girasole: the best dishes from the region, fresh fish straight from the fish market in Chioggia, pizza and a large outdoor barbecue.

Festivals and barbecue parties are organised here every week.

Al Tendone: a quick snack bar at lunchtime and a pizzeria and pub in the evening.

Sale e Pepe: catering with a wide range of take-away dishes.

Delice: patisserie and ice cream parlour, for breakfast in the morning, an aperitif later on and an ice cream sundae in the evening! Beach bar: as the name suggests, this snack bar is located on the beach and is open all day.

In the evening, it is the place to meet for a cocktail right on the beach.

For all night owls, La Cabaña, which is located just outside the resort, opens its doors in the evening.

An old country house has been transformed into an atmospheric restaurant and pizzeria, and after dinner the restaurant turns into a lounge bar and disco, with a large park and 2 dance floors.

PETS The holiday complex has specially designated areas where pets are welcome. 2 dogs up to max. 35 kg are allowed with prior notification at the time of booking.

Dangerous dog breeds are not permitted (in particular pit bulls, Rottweilers and Dobermans).

Medium-sized dogs must be muzzled.

Dogs cannot be brought to the pool.t.

SPECIAL The holiday village has its own infirmary which is open daily and is run by a nurse trained in first aid.

A paediatrician is at the holiday village once a day for one hour.

A launderette is available in the holiday village.
