This corner flat on the 10th floor (accessible by lift) has unobstructed views over the harbour, the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñon d'Ifach. The living and dining area with a smart TV allows you to enjoy our worldwide channel package as well as the possibility to log in directly to all your personal streaming accounts. The living room opens onto the large balcony facing the sea. Also free WIFI in the flat.



The equipped kitchen provides the perfect space to prepare a coastal cuisine. Enjoy your meals relaxing on your spacious private balcony, sipping margaritas while gazing at the stunning sea view every evening.



Rest and relax in the master bedroom on the beautiful double bed. And take a bath or shower in the privacy of your private bathroom. The vanity along with the wardrobe allows plenty of space for everyone. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and wardrobe. With the guest bathroom located in the hallway it is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have a built in air conditioning system.

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional fee of 50,00 € must be paid on arrival.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 persons; it is not allowed to exceed this number.

4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
