The FLOATING 44 are boats with a fixed berth and combine the special holiday feeling of a boat with aspects of a holiday home. In the FLOATING 44 you can spend your holiday right on the water, as life on board takes place on one floor. As part of our rental programme, the boats are not intended to leave the berth.
The FLOATING 44 can be occupied by up to 4 people. In addition to the spacious living area with integrated kitchenette and direct access to the terrace at the bow, the FLOATING 44 has two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom with shower and a WC with washbasin are located separately. On the roof, a 25 square metre terrace offers additional sunbathing areas and a wide view.

Kitchen:
Microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sink, (the kitchen is integrated into the living area).

Sleeping:
Sleeping facilities for 4 people: 2 bedrooms with double bed, bed linen included.
An extra bed for an additional person is possible on the sofa bed in the living room on request.

Bathroom:
Shower-bathroom, separate WC with washbasin, incl. set of towels per person/week. Towel set per person/week, (1 terry towel & 1 shower towel)

Outdoor area:
15 sqm terrace at the bow, furnished, + roof terrace 25 sqm, free parking near the harbour

General:
Smart TV, radio and CD player, air conditioning with hot air heating

WLAN: The harbour provides free WLAN reception for all guests in the harbour. You will receive the code

from the caretaker upon handover. Depending on usage, the WiFi connection may be subject to availability fluctuations.
The FLOATING is pet-free. Furnishing examples, technical changes and deviations in the equipment are possible.
Smoking is not permitted in the houseboats. Please use the outside area, ashtrays are available for you
Renting period from spring to autumn: The houseboats are available in the frost-free season.

The FLOATING 44s are designed and furnished in a modern nave style.
They have a spacious living area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette and direct access to the 15 square metre terrace at the bow, as well as two bedrooms.
The bathroom with shower and a WC with washbasin are each arranged separately.
A 25 square metre terrace on the roof offers additional sunbathing space.

The municipality of Boltenhagen charges a visitor's tax for all persons aged 16 and over.

The moored houseboats are an ideal domicile for all those who love the special atmosphere on the water ... and yet want to stay on land.
