This beautiful large holiday home, renovated in 2010, is located about 35 kilometres outside the university city of Uppsala.

It consists of a basement with a living room, a kitchen and a shower and toilet. Upstairs we find two bedrooms and another living room.

The accommodation is complemented by a 45 square metre terrace for cosy barbecue evenings.

On the adjoining property there is a guest cabin with a wood-heated sauna, all protected from prying neighbours.

Only 250 metres from the holiday home you reach the shore of the lake, where you have access to a private jetty.

The lake is considered Uppland's cleanest bathing lake and 700 metres from here there is a campsite with a beautiful bathing beach as well as a small supermarket and a restaurant.


The surrounding area offers excellent walking and hiking opportunities and in Gårdsjö Elk Park, 10 kilometres away, you can go moose safari. Other excursion destinations are of course the city of Uppsala with its magnificent cathedral church or even the capital of Sweden, which is 100 kilometres away.
