This apartment (approx. 95 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of the house with a total of 3 vacation apartments and has a living room with access to a balcony, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room with toilet and a large eat-in kitchen with adjoining utility room.

There are two bedrooms in this apartment, each with two single beds. One bedroom has enough space for an extra bed.
There are also two sofa beds with slatted frames and very good mattresses in the living room of the apartment, so this room can also be used as another bedroom. From the living room you have access to a private balcony with comfortable wicker chairs.
The kitchen is very well equipped with: Oven, electric stove with extractor hood, a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and of course plenty of crockery. The large dining table seats up to 8 people. Adjacent is a utility room with iron and ironing board.

There is a washing machine for communal use in the basement of the house.

The large garden with a sunbathing lawn, a large terrace with dining area and a permanent barbecue area can be used by all guests in the house.

The parking spaces on our property can be booked for a small fee - please let us know.
