Small country house with great coastal panorama - If you wish for panorama, wonderful sunsets and a comfortable retreat as a couple or for a family, you will find Casa Aniello, elaborately renovated in 2023, to be the perfect accommodation.

The hamlet of Pietralata is something of a green oasis in the medieval village of Pisciotta, which is around 3 km away. A winding road flanked by houses leads up to the Casa Aniello holiday home. With every bend, the view of the sea and the Cape of Palinuro becomes more impressive. Once you arrive at Casa Aniello, the coastal panorama finally reveals itself in all its beauty.

LIVING ON 2 FLOORS
On the ground floor of Casa Aniello, you will find the kitchen, newly fitted in 2023, with a small dining area, a living room with sofa bed, another dining area and Smart TV, as well as a bathroom, also redesigned in 2023. The kitchen and living room are connected by a sliding glass door, which gives both rooms a special touch.

On the 1st floor are the two bedrooms and another bathroom with shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have access to the sea view balcony. The bedroom with the single beds is a walk-through room.

OUTDOOR AREA WITH PURE SEA VIEWS
To the side of the house is a large terrace and a fruit and vegetable garden. A pavilion on the terrace offers protection from the sun. This is equipped with fly and mosquito screens, which can be closed if necessary. With the most beautiful view of the Cape of Palinuro, you can barbecue, eat or simply enjoy the sun.

The property of Casa Aniello is completely fenced. A car can be parked on the premises.

BY CAR TO THE SEA
The beaches in the immediate vicinity can be easily reached by car. You should only set off early in August to avoid wasting too much time looking for a parking space.

The beaches of Marina di Pisciotta are approx. 6 km from Casa Aniello. The long and very beautiful sandy beach "Saline" (Caprioli district) can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car. It is particularly recommended if you want to spend a day at the beach on a lido with umbrella and sun lounger hire as well as sophisticated and inviting beach bars.

To shop in PISCIOTTA
The best place to do your daily shopping is in the mountain village of Pisciotta; there is also a weekly market on the piazza on Wednesdays. There is also a good selection of recommended restaurants and nice bars in the medieval town centre.

Further well-stocked supermarkets can be found in Palinuro and Caprioli. They are a little more relaxed in terms of parking.

The ground floor of Casa Aniello includes the new kitchen, installed in 2023, with a small dining corner, a living room with sofa bed, dining area and Smart TV and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet), which was also redesigned in 2023. The glass sliding door between the kitchen and the living room makes for a special touch.

The two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), both with access of the sea view balcony, and another bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) are found on the 1st floor. The bedroom with twin beds is a pass-through room.

Furnishing of Casa Aniello also includes air conditioning (extra charge), heating, WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a children's bed.

OUTDOOR AREA WITH GREAT SEA VIEW
In the outdoor area of Casa Aniello, you will find a large terrace adjoining the house and a fruit and vegetable garden. The pavilion on the terrace is furnished with fly/mosquito screens, which can be drawn if need be.
From this spot, where you can spend pleasant hours out in the open, barbecue, dine, relax in the shade of the pavilion or on loungers in the sun, you have got the most beautiful view of Capo Palinuro.

One car can be parked on the completely fenced property of Casa Aniello.

BY CAR TO THE BEACH
The beaches in the immediate surroundings are easily reached by car. In August, however, you should not depart for the beach too late, because it might take you too much time to find a parking space.

The beaches of Marina di Pisciotta are approx. 6 km from Casa Aniello. About 10 min. by car take you to the long and very beautiful sandy beach of Saline (district of Caprioli). Saline beach is the place to go, if you want to spend a day at a lido with sunshade and lounger rental as well as fancy, inviting beach restaurants/bars.

SHOPPING AT PISCIOTTA
Daily shopping is best done at the mountain village of Pisciotta. In its medieval centre, you will find a good choice of recommendable restaurants and lovely bars. The weekly market takes place in the piazza on Wednesdays.

Well-stocked supermarkets are also found at Palinuro and Caprioli. By the way, parking there is a bit easier.
