DOLCE VITA STUDIO is a pretty studio flat with balcony. It is ideally located in the heart of Nice on the main avenue, Jean Médecin. You'll be right in the heart of Nice's city life.
The flat is decorated in a modern style. The combination of red and black furniture gives it a trendy, designer feel.
You'll love the flat's location on the avenue du shopping, just below the Pathé Paris cinema. Fully equipped, you can't help but appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live in.
You'll be able to access your Netflix account from the TV so you don't miss your favourite series at night.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift.
Please note that the lift is a half-level lift. You need to walk down a few steps to reach the flat.
It benefits from a free Wifi connection (fibre). A portable air conditioner is available.
Note: We offer two flats in the same building. For a group stay, please check the availability of DOLCE VITA STUDIO and DOLCE VITA MASTER for a total capacity of 6 people.
DOLCE VITA STUDIO is ideally located in the hyper centre on avenue Jean Médecin.
All the must-see places in the city are less than 15 minutes' walk from the flat:
- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches
- The pedestrian zone and its restaurants
- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)
- Old Nice and its local specialities (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery...)
You'll also be a stone's throw from a tram stop that will allow you to visit the whole city easily.
The city offers numerous Vélo Bleus points, allowing you to cycle easily around the city centre.
The SNCF train station is just a few minutes' walk away.
Nice airport is just 15min away by car.
DOLCE VITA STUDIO is laid out as follows
Living room:
It includes a very comfortable double sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe.
Kitchen:
It is American. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.
It includes a table and its two chairs.
BATHROOM
With washbasin, illuminated mirror, shower, heated towel rail, hanging toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.
BALCONY
With dining table and two chairs.
Heating: The heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
