On the grounds of the house, which measure 2500 square metres, there is also a "playroom" with many different games such as croquet, badminton, boules, a trampoline and much more. A canoe and a dinghy can also be hired.

The gently sloping, child-friendly sandy beach belonging to the house is only used by guests. Bålsta Centrum with all the necessary shops such as supermarket, bank, railway station etc. is just 1.2 km away. In Bålsta you can marvel at the Lasse Åberg Museum, where many exhibits on Disney from his early creative period are on display, as well as Skoklosters slott castle. And as already mentioned, the beautiful and worth seeing cities of Uppsala, Västerås and Stockholm are not far away and can be easily reached.
