Within 3 minutes walking distance you can reach the jetty Bredaviks brygga from where you can take the shuttle boat to Karlskrona (the journey takes 18 minutes) within walking distance there is also an old mill with restaurant and exhibition.

The island has a bakery, smokehouse and camping with restaurant and mini golf. There are also two beautiful nature reserves nearby.

Activity options that are easily accessible by car are Trummenäs Golf Club (10 min.), the children's adventure farm "Barnen gård", a popular destination (15 min.), daily boat trips in the Blekinge archipelago, to other islands with the archipelago boats and the Stenhuggarmuseet on Tjurkö.
