The rustic-elegant Villa Margherita is located in Scario's villa district, the "Zona Marcaneto". Wealthy city dwellers have chosen this neighbourhood to spend the summer months for good reason: Here you can live surrounded by greenery with the sea always in sight.

COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY HOME IN STYLISH NEIGHBOURHOOD
In the spacious, bright and airy living/dining area with large windows and high ceilings, it is clear that the holiday home was lived in for a long time by the friendly owners themselves: They have designed their summer retreat to be both stylish and cosy. The living area and the kitchen, also located on the ground floor, offer access to the covered terrace.
The 3 bedrooms (double bed; two with 2 single beds each) are located on the 1st floor. Villa Margherita has 2 bathrooms.

OUTDOOR AREA - The large garden with three terraces is the pride and joy of the owners. The best way to describe this beautifully landscaped, well-kept property is "outdoor living space". There are more than enough opportunities to utilise this additional "living space".

The large sun terrace is the ideal place to set up a sun lounger, read a book in the shade of the trees and unwind. A covered terrace directly in front of the house invites you to dine al fresco and sit together in the evening.
After the sun has sunk into the sea, the cleverly designed garden lighting conjures up an atmospheric ambience.
The property has three parking spaces.

The nearest beach is approx. 1.5 km away. In the centre of Scario (approx. 800 m) you will find grocery shops, café bars and restaurants.

Take advantage of the unique location of Villa Margherita, which borders the core zone of the national park.
At the Infreschi Marine Nature Park between Scario and Marina di Camerota, you can discover the Cilento as a bathing and hiking paradise. A visit to the medieval mountain village of S. Giovanni a Piro or an ascent of Monte Bulgheria are also worthwhile!

Rustic-elegant, two-storey holiday home Villa Margherita is located in Scario's exclusive residential area "Zona Marcaneto", an area preferred and chosen by well-to-do city dwellers as a summer retreat. This is hardly surprising as it is a district where you are surrounded by greenery and the sea is always within sight.

COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY HOME IN A TASTEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD
At Villa Margherita, the owners have created a tasteful and cozy atmosphere, which welcomes you as soon as you enter their summer refuge, which accommodates up to six persons.
It has got a spacious, airy and bright living-dining room and a kitchen, which are located on the ground floor and open onto the roofed terrace, three bedrooms (double bed; two with twin beds), which are located on the 1st floor, and two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet; bathtub/WC/bidet).
Villa Margherita features SAT-TV, WiFi and washing machine; a children's bed can be provided (extra charge). Parking is available for up to three cars.

OUTDOOR AREA - Villa Margherita's beautifully laid out and well-tended 'outdoor living space' with three terraces and a large garden is what the owners are also very proud and fond of.
To soak up the sun, the large sun terrace is the perfect spot to put up a lounger; if you want to read a book, for example, you might prefer to do so in the shade of the trees. The roofed terrace right in front of the house is a wonderful spot for out-door meals and leisurely get-togethers in the evening.
After the sun has set over the sea, the cleverly designed garden lighting creates an enchanting atmosphere.
