Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (currently not available due to renovations), is also available for your use.
A parking space is available on the property and a parking space is available in a garage.
Pets and celebrating events are not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace.
